Política de privacidad de ParaCELLtamol Plus

ParaCELLtamol Plus es un juego de plataformas de precisión para un jugador, ambientado dentro del cuerpo humano. Esta política explica qué información trata. La respuesta corta: el juego no recopila, envía ni comparte ninguna información personal.
1. Quién es el responsable

2. Datos que recopila el juego
Ninguno. El juego no tiene cuentas de usuario, no pide registro, no incluye analítica ni herramientas de seguimiento y no se conecta a ningún servidor nuestro ni de terceros. En Android ni siquiera solicita el permiso de acceso a Internet.
3. Publicidad y compras
El juego no muestra anuncios y no tiene compras dentro de la aplicación. Ningún tercero publicitario interviene. Si en el futuro se añaden anuncios o compras, actualizaremos esta política antes de publicar ese cambio.
4. Qué se guarda en tu dispositivo
Para que el juego funcione, guarda solo en tu dispositivo, sin enviarlos a ningún sitio:
- tus partidas (hasta tres): el nivel alcanzado, la dificultad, los intentos y el tiempo de juego;
- tus récords por dificultad, los logros conseguidos y lo que has desbloqueado;
- tus ajustes: volumen de la música y de los efectos, vibración, filtro de pantalla, posición y tamaño de los controles táctiles, botones del mando, dificultad e idioma.
Puedes borrarlos desde los ajustes de Android (Aplicaciones → ParaCELLtamol Plus → Almacenamiento → Borrar datos) o desinstalando el juego. Como no los recibimos, no podemos verlos, recuperarlos ni borrarlos por ti.
5. Permisos
- Vibración: para dar respuesta táctil durante el juego (por ejemplo, al morir o al cambiar de forma). Puedes desactivarla en los ajustes del juego.
- El juego mantiene la pantalla encendida mientras está abierto, para que no se apague durante una partida. No requiere ningún permiso especial.
- No pide acceso a Internet, la cámara, el micrófono, la ubicación, los contactos, las fotos ni el almacenamiento.
6. Menores de edad
El juego está pensado para personas de 13 años o más. No recopilamos a sabiendas información de ninguna persona y, como el juego no recopila datos, tampoco de menores.
7. Google Play y otras plataformas
En Android, el juego se distribuye a través de Google Play, que puede tratar datos según su propia política (por ejemplo, para gestionar la descarga o los informes de fallos que decidas compartir con Google). Si juegas desde itch.io u otras plataformas, estas pueden tratar datos según sus propias políticas. Eso queda fuera de nuestro control.
8. Seguridad
Al no enviar datos fuera del dispositivo, no hay transmisión que proteger. Los datos locales quedan en el almacenamiento privado del juego, al que otras aplicaciones no tienen acceso en un teléfono sin modificar.
9. Tus derechos
Como no tratamos datos personales, no hay datos que acceder, rectificar o suprimir en nuestros sistemas. Para cualquier duda o petición sobre privacidad, escríbenos a soporte@fromjota.com.
10. Cambios en esta política
Si el juego cambia (por ejemplo, si añadimos anuncios, compras, estadísticas o cuentas), actualizaremos esta página antes de publicar el cambio e indicaremos la nueva fecha arriba.
ParaCELLtamol Plus Privacy Policy

ParaCELLtamol Plus is a single-player precision platformer set inside the human body. This policy explains what information it handles. The short answer: the game does not collect, send or share any personal information.
1. Who is responsible
FromJota, independent developer: Johnson Luzcando Bayas. Contact: soporte@fromjota.com.
2. Data collected by the game
None. The game has no user accounts, asks for no sign-up, includes no analytics or tracking tools and does not connect to any server of ours or of third parties. On Android it does not even request the Internet permission.
3. Advertising and purchases
The game shows no ads and has no in-app purchases. No advertising third party is involved. If ads or purchases are added in the future, we will update this policy before releasing that change.
4. What is stored on your device
To work, the game stores only on your device, and never sends anywhere:
- your saved games (up to three): level reached, difficulty, attempts and play time;
- your records per difficulty, the achievements you earned and what you unlocked;
- your settings: music and effects volume, vibration, screen filter, position and size of the touch controls, gamepad buttons, difficulty and language.
You can delete it from Android Settings (Apps → ParaCELLtamol Plus → Storage → Clear data) or by uninstalling the game. Since we never receive it, we cannot see, recover or delete it for you.
5. Permissions
- Vibration: for haptic feedback during play (for example, when you die or switch forms). You can turn it off in the game settings.
- The game keeps the screen on while it is open so it does not turn off during a game. This needs no special permission.
- It does not ask for access to the Internet, camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos or storage.
6. Children
The game is intended for people aged 13 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone and, because the game collects no data, none from children either.
7. Google Play and other platforms
On Android, the game is distributed through Google Play, which may process data under its own policy (for example, to manage downloads or crash reports that you choose to share with Google). If you play on itch.io or other platforms, they may process data under their own policies. That is outside our control.
8. Security
Since no data leaves the device, there is no transmission to protect. Local data stays in the game's private storage, which other apps cannot access on an unmodified phone.
9. Your rights
As we process no personal data, there is nothing to access, correct or erase in our systems. For any privacy question or request, write to soporte@fromjota.com.
10. Changes to this policy
If the game changes (for example, if we add ads, purchases, statistics or accounts), we will update this page before releasing the change and show the new date above.
